Cancellation Policy

We will accept unopened returns within 14 days of purchase. A full refund will be given. If a air conditioning unit is defective within the first 30 days, please return the unit and we'll replace it with a new one. The climate control unit is guaranteed for 1 year, if it fails for any reason, please return the unit to us and we'll either repair it or replace it. We'll aim to turn around any repair within 3 days but under some circumstances, it may take longer. Our units are of extremely high quality and we aim to provide a high quality service to match. We'd appreciate any feedback you have.
